Step 1. Preparing the portafilter and a coffee tamper for cooking a cup of coffee.
Step 2. Grind the coffee beans with the coffee grinder.
Step 3. Ground coffee dropped into portafilter.
Step 4. Tamp the coffee grinds with your tamper using 20~25 lbs of pressure.
Step 5. Portafilter full of tamped ground coffee, ready for the espresso machine.
Step 6. Espresso fills the empty cups.
